What information do we collect?
We collect personal information about you (such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and possibly images), when you make an enquiry about our show or register with us to visit or exhibit at our show or attend our show. We also collect information about you when you visit our website as explained in the cookies section below.

We use cookies but they do not record any personal information. If you choose to proceed with the live Twitter feed on our home page, Twitter will apply its cookies which will record your personal information.

How will we use the information about you?
We only process personal information about you where we have a lawful basis to do so. Most of the personal data we process is in order to supply you with our services or receive goods or services from you (where you are a supplier). So our lawful basis is contractual. Where you have been a visitor or exhibitor at our show in the last 4 years we have a legitimate business interest to contact you with further information about future shows and events.
We also process your personal information so that we can:

- images may be used for marketing purposes as agreed in the terms of registration

- our suppliers (such as Touch Finder) in order for us to provide you with our services and details of events or goods which may be of interest to you, and
