The deadline to enter the 2013 Baby & Nursery Trade Awards is fast approaching, so don't miss the chance to gain recognition for your award-winning product! Deadline for entry is: 28th February 2013.
The BANTAs are open to all exhibitors at Harrogate Nursery Fair designed to give well-deserved recognition to the products which, in the judges opinions, are the very best at the show. Full details about the BANTA's are available on the BPA's website and you can download an entry form HERE.
Also, don't forget to to order your tickets for the Party & Awards night on Sunday 24th March at the Majestic Hotel, Harrogate. This will be an amazing night of celebration and entertainment with live band Take That 2 and special stage effects that will bring dancing into a night of its own. Marketing Opportunities
MAXIMISE your show profile, for MINIMAL cost outlay!
Harrogate Nursery Fair is fast approaching and there is a number of marketing activities available to help you get the very most out of your exhibiting experience.
- Create your own video segment that will play continually for the duration of the show on 12 TV screens located in all registration points, cafe seating areas, link ways. If you would like to be at the forefront of visitor's attention, your advert is a great way to encourage them to your stand. Cost of inclusion is just £250 for a 2 minute (max) video clip production.
- Every visitor to Harrogate will use the escalator which connects the two halves of the show halls from the B-C link way up to the Queens Pavilion and onto halls D,H and the new Hall G. Similar to the London Tube escalator advertising, there are 20 A2 sized Poster frames available to advertising your company and its location while visitors use these escalators . These are just £30 each including artwork printing - so if you want to catch buyer's attention whilst they ride leisurely to the top of the escalator this is a great opportunity!

- Weekly visitor e-bulletin newsletters. Participation is free and the editor is particularly interested in any new product launches at the show. Please send brief 100 word press releases together with a product image to Christine Scippo for consideration.
- Once again, we have numerous journalists and editors already registered to attend the show and we have a dedicated Press Office in Hall G for their use. If you would like your company's Press Packs to be included in the Press Office free of charge (we would suggest 20 to 30 packs), please arrange for them to be delivered on set up Saturday (23rd March).
